Do I qualify for a
property backed loan?

You run a business as a sole proprietorship, limited liability company, or joint stock company registered in Poland.
You have been operating for at least 12 months.
You own a residential or commercial property as collateral.
The property is not agricultural land above 0.3 ha.
The loan will be used for business purposes only, not consumer purposes.

What documents do I need to provide?

Land and mortgage register number (KW) for the business property.
Current certificates confirming no arrears with ZUS and the tax office, if they apply to your company.
For RENT MAX: lease agreements and business bank statements confirming rental income.
Company documentation: NIP, KRS extract or CEIDG entry.
Optionally, if you are not using AVM: a property valuation report.
Note: depending on the product (CORE, PRIME) and the property specifics, PaveNow may request additional documents or an inspector verification.

- Legally secure: it requires a first-ranking mortgage and cannot be encumbered by other loans. Older properties and agricultural land are excluded.

How is RENT MAX different from a standard loan?

RENT MAX is a loan designed for professional investors. We assess your capacity based on rental income from the property, rather than your personal tax returns or BIK credit history. It is a purely business-based assessment.

How does PaveNow protect itself against risk if the process is so fast?

Our process is fast but rigorous. It is based on two pillars:
